Hello there. I want to talk to you about fear of failure.
First of all, when you look at the word fear, it’s false evidence appearing real. That means you manufacture a thought, or you attach something to what you want to do of why you’re not able to do it.
You see something that’s not even there. You say to yourself, well you know, I can’t do that. And you have this big fear about well, should I try it? Should I not try it? And you start having these conversations in your head about the pros and the cons, but a lot times the problems win out. You have some fears? Just go for it.
Hey, what’s the worst that can happen? Okay? You don’t succeed. Well guess what? If you don’t even try, you automatically fail, because you didn’t even try. I heard a quote many years ago. “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” Guess what? Just go for it.
